Polymer clay is a non-toxic material that composed of polymers, resins, coloring agents and fillers. This versatile material is popular material among crafters for making jewellery, beads. charm, figurines, perfect for intricate art pieces. Once baked, it is durable & lasting, creating a strong yet flexible bond. Polymer clay is also waterproof! You can wash polymer creations with water and gently clean pieces with water. Avoid the dishwasher, as heat may damage your polymer clay pieces, or soaking your tag. Types of polymer clay we use: We use a variety of premium clay such as Sculpey Premo & Souffle, Crenit & Pardo clay.

As durable and tough as it can be, it is not chew-proof. Just like resin, polymer clay is not 100% scratchproof. Hence, it is strongly encouraged to remove the tag during play or swim or in situations that you think that it might be scratched. Please only purchase this if your are comfortable this. You may also choose to opt for a shorter ring attachment to avoid your dog being able to reach the tag. We are looking into more hardware options. Freyr Atelier will not be held responsible for any damages and accidents caused due to misused and mishandling of the product. We cannot replaced lost, stolen, chewed or broken tags due to misused or mishandling of the product. If your dog is prone to chewing, please remove the tags when they are unsupervised.

We lightly coat your polymer tag with a transparent clay material or a matte varnish to seal the clay and prolong the longevity of the art pieces. It may produce a shinier finish, especially for lighter colours. If you choose to opt out of it, please let us know. You may clean your polymer clay with baby wipes, a damp cloth, or rinse it quickly under water! Do wipe them dry when they are done and avoid leaving them out to dry in the sun. Refrain from using alcohol or acetone on polymer clay. As durable as they can be, please handle with care for the pop-up parts for 3D flowers/leaves etc.! Please remove tags during play or swimming for your pet.

All products come with quick release round ring in 20mm or 25mm. Colours of the hardware is based on the design of the piece.

Each tag is like an art piece to us, and it takes time to carefully craft it for you. It takes approximately 5 - 7 weeks (otherwise stated) for us to send it out. Please order if you are comfortable with the wait time. Tracking number will be sent to your email once item has been posted out.

Domestic Shipping: All deliveries within Singapore will be posted via registered postage at a fix delivery of $3 to prevent missing parcels. Free delivery above 85SGD. Parcel will take approximately 2 - 5 days to reach you once it is posted. Cancellations is not allowed. However, for special cases (eg. additional order, accidentally made a double order), it will incur a 5% charge due to online payments processing fee, and it will be deducted from the refund. Please note that orders are strictly Non-transferable. Patrons are not allowed to buy and resell them, and request for a change of name, number and address. This is also to avoid potential discrepancies in the final product that the maker shall be liable upon. If you discovered a mistake or wish to make some changes (i.e size, name, telephone number), please let us know as soon as possible via Instagram DM (fastest reply) or email. We cannot guarantee that we are able to make these changes once we are in the process of making the piece. Addition charges may apply if we need to remake the item, depending on how much it has been made. Please help to double check your order before payment.
